Inter Milan head coach Cristian Chivu will consider a period of alternating goalkeepers between Yann Sommer and Josep Martinez.
This news arrives from today’s print edition of the Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
The Gazzetta claim that Martinez could start his first game of the season as soon as Sunday’s match against Sassuolo.
It was a change rumoured to take place for Inter’s midweek win over Ajax after Sommer attracted criticism in last weekend’s Derby d’Italia defeat to Juventus.
The Swiss international rewarded his coach with a stellar performance and a clean sheet against the Dutch side.

The Gazzetta claim that Chivu could choose to start alternating his goalkeepers more.
Sommer is not getting any younger and his contract is ticking down.
Chivu could use said rotation to start getting the Spaniard experience in view to become the number one keeper next season.
